Do you need travel insurance on vacation or is it an unnecessary rip-off? You are not obliged to take out travel insurance. Whether you need travel insurance depends entirely on your personal circumstances and the destination. How certain is it that you will actually go on the trip? If something could quickly come up (work, family commitments?), or if you are not quite sure about the trip, you should take out travel cancellation insurance to avoid being stuck with the costs. Would you be more annoyed about having paid for luggage insurance that you don't need in the end or more annoyed if your suitcase actually disappears and its value is not replaced? Especially if you are transporting valuable items in your suitcase, you should take out luggage insurance.

Services of the all-round carefree package
Travel health insurance with emergency medical assistance
Travel health insurance with emergency medical assistance is valid for trips in Europe or worldwide. It can be booked individually according to the duration of the trip. Comprehensive insurance cover is offered for companies, private travelers, groups of schoolchildren or students when traveling abroad. While statutory health insurance companies only reimburse the German health insurance rate for treatment, ERV's international health insurance pays the difference even for expensive private treatment.
Trip interruption insurance
Protect yourself in the event of delayed departure or unscheduled termination of your trip - worldwide.

Luggage insurance
Your luggage is in good hands with us. Losing your luggage is not only annoying, but usually also expensive. With luggage insurance, ERV compensates you financially if your luggage is lost or damaged.
Your product plus: If you land at your destination airport but your luggage does not, we will help you out. If the arrival of your luggage at your vacation destination is delayed by at least one day, you will be reimbursed for your proven replacement purchases up to 250 euros.
